London Graduates

Our Commercial Graduate Scheme is structured to give you skills in the foundational areas of trading. You’ll set your own course and advance at your own speed on an initial 24-month contract. You will have at least four rotations across the business in order to help build a strong understanding of how the business operates, as well as developing a network to give you the opportunity to move into key commercial roles or the role of front-line trader.

Rotations vary depending on business needs; however, graduates will have the opportunity to gain exposure to Trading Operations, Trading Analysis, Product Control, Shipping and Logistics and Supply Optimisation.

Our Graduate recruitment applications are now open and will close at midnight on 4th January 2021. To apply, submit a CV and covering letter via your university careers page or to humanresources@petroineos.com. Applications must include evidence and relevant examples to demonstrate the following:

  • a strong academic background and fluency in English
  • ambition and the determination to succeed in a competitive environment
  • aptitude in understanding and solving complex problems
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • your expectation from us to support your development and career goals.

Your application should be no longer than three A4 pages. If selected, you will then be subject to online psychometric testing and, if successful, will be invited to interviews at our offices in London.
