London Graduates
Our Commercial Graduate Scheme is structured to give you skills in the foundational areas of trading. You’ll set your own course and advance at your own speed on an initial 24-month contract. You will undertake at least four rotations across the business in order to help build a strong understanding of how the business operates, as well as developing a network to give you the opportunity to move into key commercial roles in the future, subject to further assessment and business requirement.
Applications for our 2026 Commercial Graduate Programme is now closed due to the number of applications received.
For applicants that have applied, it is expected that the Graduate Panel will finish reviewing all applications by the middle of February 2026. If selected, you will then be subject to further assessment, and, if successful, you will be invited to interviews at our offices in London.
Grangemouth and Lavéra Graduates
Qualified to Masters level, you may be eligible to apply to join the graduate programme as an Engineer or Commercial Graduate.
During the 4-5 year development programme, Graduates can expect to undertake a variety of placements across the site and are given genuine responsibility on live projects from the start.
All graduates are provided with a mentor to support them through the programme, including Chartership where applicable.
